    Could you kindly provide me with a detailed, guide or any additional resources that might assist in this process? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as I want to ensure that the upgrade is performed correctly and efficiently.

    To install CA Service Desk from 17.3 to 17.4 follow below link:-

    I have successfully completed the installation of version 17.3. However, I am currently facing an issue during the upgrade to version 17.4, specifically after the database backup step. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed further to complete the upgrade.
