ARD is crashing while exporting blocks in Jira

Hi All , 
I am trying to export blocks in Jira via ARD.
When I am exporting flow it is happening successfully but when I am trying to export blocks it is giving me a  Runtime exception :

2023-01-17 12:25:19,316 INFO [default] Runtime Exception
2023-01-17 12:25:19,316 INFO [default] AgileDesigner has encountered a fatal error, code 3221225477

and the crash file dump is showin me this :
The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Please help me with the issue .
