Issue may be fixed in latest versions. Can you please provide a product version number you are using? What is the version of Jira?
"
fatal error, code 3221225477" is used for all communication errors which may be of various reasons as specific Jira setting, proxy settings or a product issues.
We will be very happy to resolve the ARD crash but it is most probably some configuration issue, which we need to reproduce to be able to properly fix.
Few general advices:
- Do not hesitate to open the service desk ticket on support portal, you are having a support with a product license.
- Validate Jira permissions you have for the user account which is doing the export, are you exporting the flow and blocks as a same Jira objects?
- Validate the field mapping in Jira configuration, that you have everything well defined, potentially try to reduce the mapping to required fields only.
- Keep the product up to date, For the best product experience it is recommended to use latest released version (ARD 3.2.7)
