  • 1.  Add Lookup filed in Xflow

    Dear Community 

    We need to add lookup field that shows the list of affected Service in Xflow to update ticket filed like Category, priority  and Status fields .

    This need to not using command to update affected service.

    Is there any way to do that in Xflow  like this below

    Hi Ala,

    Unfortunately, we doesn't have this in the current xFlow. we can only use the /set command to set the affected service through the command bar and view the value in the view attributes. .

    If you want to change the affected service during an status change ... you can add that attribute under status dependent control attribute ... so that it asks up while transferring the status ..

    The same ask would be part of the upcoming release in xFlow ..
