    Dear Output Management Community,

    We recently updated the names of our products: View is now OM View, Deliver is now OM Deliver, and Spool is now OM Spool. Unfortunately, this change has impacted the proactive notification system, and the previous settings for View, Deliver, and Spool have been removed.

    What This Means for You

    You will no longer receive proactive notifications unless you update your settings.

    Action Required

    Please update your notification settings by following these steps:

    1. Log in to support.broadcom.com.

    2. Navigate to My Dashboard.

    3. Click the down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Notification Settings.

    4. Filter by "OM" to locate OM View, OM Deliver, and OM Spool.

    5. Enable your notifications by selecting OM View, OM Deliver, and OM Spool.
