  • 1.  Invalid User Error

    Hi,

     

    When downloading Jaspersoft Report to PDF File in Chrome, User gets below error:

    error 401 user is not registered on the reporting server.

     

    Followed instructions given in the link and cleared the Browser cache, still no luck

    User is not registered on the reporting server - CA Knowledge .

     

    It works perfectly fine when I Login as that user and download the report.

     

    Can anyone advise what is wrong here.

    Hi Divya

     

    Although your problem of 401 user is not registered might not be same as tec doc because when you create a user in PPM same the username gets copied to user_uid and then when you run the Create Jaspersoft job it picks up the user_uid and create an user in Jaspersoft so if you had changed the user_name this probability of the error comes. 

     

    So please run a query against your database and check if your username and user_uid in CMN_SEC_USERS is different. Hope this helps

    Hi Divya

     

    Thats was one of the closest possibility and other could be the access rights on the folder. Can you create a folder and copy one report and give the user folder permission as ROLE_USER and see if you can run the report.
