    I would see why you are using so much Below the line storage in pool 0.
    With a hi-water of 3977 getting very little storage is going to cause
    you to go SOS, not counting what you cushion is set at.

    Check do you have many programs loading in your below the line program
    pools, use the command: DISPLAY ACTIVE PROGRAMS, and DISPLAY ACTIVE RENT
    PROGRAMS and see if you can get them into the XA program pools, via
    recompiles/linkedits.

    Also look for program obtaining Below the line storage or programs
    defined as to load below.
