Explore Correlate Not working

Hi,

 

We are trying to run explore and correlate for certain set of users.On Submitting the Explore Correlate task we  see the following error in IDM Submitted task for the user:

 

Global user creation from User Account '**********' on 'Connector' failed: :ETA_E_0003<AGU>, Global User 'uat2_w_superuser_01' creation failed: The value '************' for attribute 'Numeric User ID' is not a valid numberGlobal user creation from User Account '********' on 'Connector' failed: :ETA_E_0003<AGU>, Global User 'uat2_w_superuser_01' creation failed: The value '******' for attribute 'Numeric User ID' is not a valid number.

 

Any leads on why we are facing the issue or what is the numeric User id and where is the mapping defined would be a help.

Hi Rashmeet,

 

'Numeric User ID' deals with the eTUID global user attribute.
This attribute is defined as an integer into the parser table (<Provisioning Server>\data\cosparse.ptt).
User-friendly Name is UID.
I understand you ran an E&C process with the "Create global users as needed" option and
the global user creation failed because of trying to set eTUID with a non numerical value.
This is the consequence of an endpoint attribute mapping setting where Global User UID attribute is mapped with an endpoint account attribute. This attribute mapping is in play for the correlation.
Please investigate on this way, your account attribute which is mapped with GU UID must be a numerical value but it is not in this case.

Thanks for responding. 

We have 4 environment that are exactly similiar, but we see this issye only in one environment . All other are working as expected without any errors. Is there anything that i need to check specifically, coz etUserID is set as string in all 4 environments. I am unable to figure out the issue.
