  • 1.  Provisioning Manager Issue - AD Endpoint type is not visible

    Hi,

     

    We have provisioning manager software installed in our local machine (Windows 7)and configured to one of the provisioning server. We are not able to see the AD Endpoint type nor AD account template. However we are able to see when we logged into a provisioning manager in the actual server where provisioning components installed(Windows server 2008 R2 Std).

     

    Please let me know what is wrong, if anyone has faced this issue. Thanks.

    From this remote IM Provisioning Manager (IMPM);
    check that the ADS parser table is present under the data folder.
    (C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Identity Manager\Provisioning Manager\data\adsparse.ptt)

    By instance if the parser table is missing then the technology is not up loaded into the UI.

     

    Are the other technologies up into the IMPM UI?

     

    Going further will need to review the "Provisioning Manager\manager_config_wizard.log"
    also to review the incoming requests in the IM Provisioning server log (etatrans*.log) when logging into this remote IMPM. And so opening a ticket with CA Support.
