From this remote IM Provisioning Manager (IMPM);
check that the ADS parser table is present under the data folder.
(C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Identity Manager\Provisioning Manager\data\adsparse.ptt)
By instance if the parser table is missing then the technology is not up loaded into the UI.
Are the other technologies up into the IMPM UI?
Going further will need to review the "Provisioning Manager\manager_config_wizard.log"
also to review the incoming requests in the IM Provisioning server log (etatrans*.log) when logging into this remote IMPM. And so opening a ticket with CA Support.
