    Hi dudes,

Our customer want to know if they can deploy an agent to Wyse Dell machine with OS: Wyse ThinOS 8.1 with PCoIP?

    With this specs:

Is it possible? If not, can we use NRI scan?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

All depends on What OS is installed on the thin client.  You need to see what OS is installed and check the compatability matrix

No, we cannot scan a ThinOS device, either with an Agent or with NRI. The OS is not compatible with any Client Auto supported OS. Collecting data from it may be possible but would require a custom written program/script to remotely gather information, which would be very limited, and create an XML file for use with Asset Converter/Collector. Alternately if they already have the Dell/Wyse management software we could probably take a feed from that and feed it into the Asset Collector.
