    Hello,

Customer has SD 12.6 on  windows 2008 with a local SQL database that needs to communicate with ITPAM 3.1 SP1 on a different Windows box.

He followed the steps as per the CA SDM Implementation guide to make the communication happen between CA SDM and CA IT PAM which is configured over SSL. He can assure that the CA IT PAM OTB certificate was exported correctly and then imported into CA SDM Keystore.

But when he tries to access IT PAM process definition via the CA SDM macro detail page he receives the following error:

What could be the potential problem in accessing PAM from Service desk?

    Thank,

    Hi Frank,

Were you able to attach the PAM SRF to a change category successfully? If no, below thread contains check list for PAM & SDM integration which might help:

Also, does SDM uses EEM or a different authentication?

    Thanks,
