Hi,
We have a requirement to integrate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system with CA IDM 12.6.5 for self service password resets. The new password to be auto generated and synced to all managed accounts of that user.
I am looking at a high level solution approach. Kindly help and advise if any of the community members have integrated IVR with CA IDM.
