  • 1.  IVR - IM integration for self service password reset

    Hi,

     

    We have a requirement to integrate IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system with CA IDM 12.6.5 for self service password resets. The new password to be auto generated and synced to all managed accounts of that user.

     

    I am looking at a high level solution approach. Kindly help and advise if any of the community members have integrated IVR with CA IDM.

    I've not heard of any such configurations, but the place to start would be to look at the IVR to see if it has the capability to call web services. If it does, you should be able to call the Task Execution Web Services (TEWS) interface in IM from the IVR system.
