    The Datamart Extraction failed with the mentioned error -

     

    PMD application error java.sql.SQLException: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-20000: Error in NBI_EXTRACT_SP - Calling NBI_EXTR_PRTF_SP: ORA-20000: Error in NBI_EXTR_PRTF_SP - CHECKING IF THERE ARE ANY EVENTS TO PROCESS: ORA-20000: Error in NBI_PRTF_SP - DONE DROPPING INDEXES: ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server XXXX

    ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 66 with name "XXXX" too small

    ORA-06512: at "XXXX.NBI_EXTRACT_SP", line 362

    ORA-06512: at line 1

     

    Any clues ?

    check this http://www.ca.com/us/support/ca-support-online/product-content/knowledgebase-articles/tec535102.aspx Also ask your DBA to increase the temp space and try running the job again. Thanks, Jerin
