What table in the Clarity Database holds a complete list of user accounts? I am using the table CMN_SEC_USERS in the Clarity Universe to try and pull the full name from, but not all of my users are showing up in this table. Where would I find a complete list of users?

CMN_SEC_USERS is the table that holds the Clarity users - all of them. Is your universe up to date?
    Which users are missing?

I am missing so of my main licensed users that login into Clarity. How would I ensure my Universe is up to date? Do I have to run something in Clarity to update my Universe?

I figured it out. I had a restriction in the my universe editor to only display a 100 records. I increased it to 1000 and now I see all my users.
