Clarity PPM includes the license for Tasktop integration.

Does Clarity documentation cover Tasktop integration, the components included, installation and use?

Thanks. That looks like a document that would normally be posted in the (Regional) Community doc, but I don't see it there.

There are other presentations of Takstop on their site and in PPM Insights in Brighttalk, but hte price information is new.

That sounds as if the Tasktop connector integration with Clarity PPM which was on the roadmap did not make it to the final product. Instead it is another third party tool with a price tag.

The contratiction is that some people think that as I wrote a license comes with Clarity which I take to mean no extra cost.

According to the lates datasheet there is also connector for CA Clarity Requirements

Still wondering if that is free for CA Clarity Agile is that covered in CA Clarity Agile documentaiton?

Hi Martii, no, the CA Clarity PPM documentation does not include any information about Tasktop. However, you will find complete information, including components, installation, and use in the CA Clarity Agile documentation - which is publically available and Google searchable - you can see it without logging in to CA Support Online. Here is a direct link to the CA Clarity Agile 13.3 bookshelf. I have also provided a screen shot highlighting where you will find the information. Hope this helps:

    Thank you kindly.

For CA Clarity Agile it certainly looks good:

    The documentation is there

    The download link is there

and as a bonus there is even Roadmap.

    Yesyesyes

For CA Clarity PPM it is still a little open: Does it include license or not. If it does not then no problem with the documentation or how the documentation is presented.
