  • 1.  Error 501 - Not Implemented.

    All,
    I have encountered the following error message, "Error 501 - Not Implemented. The server does not support the requested feature. Contact your system administrator." This error has come up sporadically over the past few weeks just after a user enters their log in credentials.

    We have worked with CA support and have set our timeout settings for 60 minutes and the load balancer set at 62 minutes as a potential solution for the problem. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem.

    Has anyone else found similar errors? If so, what were some of the causes and solutions that oyu fouind?

    I've typically encountered that when accessing GUI XOG client on On demand or hosted systems with no access to the server or the logs.
    Restart has usually fixed that till the next occurrence. I should have like to see what is in the app-niku.log but as said have not had access.

    What does your log say.

    As Martti mentioned, what does the app-niku.log says ?

    Thank you for the responses. The logs say

    Invalid Security object key: BURDENING_MATRIX_ACCESSPAGEPAC
    Invalid Security object key: BURDENING_MATRIXRECORDPAC

    It happens right after the log in credentials are given on the log in page. The user does not even get to the overview page.

    That rules out the upgrade issues.
    You still could try the xdm reinstall or consult support for the risks involved if any.
