  • 1.  ERror upon log in -server may be down (FWM 01003) null

    I came in yesterday and I cannot log into the CMC or the INfoView as the administrator, I get the error "Error: Server BCCLRTYBO01:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null
    "

    Not sure what changed as all was working great last week and for months prior, with no hiccups.

    SIA is running. I have restarted, did not work.
    I did a cold reboot, did not work.
    I notice the BO CMS DNS entry had dissappeared so I set that back up and went into the SIA properties and attached it.

    Has anyone had this issue and know a resolution?

    From what I've heard, such errors can be resolved just by restarting the services[b] in a particular order. Though I'm not sure if this solution is valid in this particular case, try the following:

    1. Stop SIA
    2. Stop Tomcat
    3. Restart SIA
    4. Restart Tomcat

    Hi Guys,
    Thanks for the info.
    Turned out the server lost it's odbc connection somehow and I set it back right away but I entered in the odbc label wrong so I was not getting my connection back. I did not realize the label was important on this but it was. I had entered in BOCMS_32 to represent the odbc connection and I had to label it BOCMS-32 and it worked when I relabeled it.

    That is how picky the computers can be. The first time I used a PC it took me two and half hours to learn it makes a difference between a comma and a period. ;-)
