Workflows in clarity

What kinds of workflows are you looking for?

(Glossary Release 13.1.00 does not have the term workflow)

I heard that we can create the workflows to automate business processes. can you help me with the same.

That sounds like Clarity processes.

You could look at the out of the box processes that come with Clarity specifically the process diagrams and if that is something you are after then at the processes in the admin guide.
If you have access to the Clarity Global User Community Sandbox, there are more processes you can look at what they are for and how they are done.
