    New CA Clarity PPM Solution Pack (CSP) r3.1reports 3.x are very well documented in the following guides:

    However, it’s not clear how reports are getting fields/data from. Please, see attached document with steps to find out the SQL query for CSP reports which are Crystal Reports created from a command line.

    Better get acquainted with those, because reputedly v13.2 does not have reports any more, just the solution pack.
