I don't understand HOW to contact support.
The "Support assistant" is rubbish, it gives a blank answer and then says sorry it couldn't help further.
I can't seem to escalate to a human.
The "Locate a Partner" isn't useful, I'm not sure what partner I'm supposed to connect with. They all seem like vmware-cloud providers, noone sells the workstation.
I am lost, what is the next step to resolve this issue?
