Hi,
We have 2 IP addresses that appear to be blacklisted through messagelabs and it is preventing any emails going through. This was likely caused a few months ago when a client had their mail account compromised. The problem was rectified and all other blacklists seem to have updated to be okay but messagelabs is still reporting a problem.
We have submitted a request through the IP removal tool but the IPs have remained listed. This is causing major problems with emails silently being rejected.
Can we have these looked into please?
