    Hi,

    We have 2 IP addresses that appear to be blacklisted through messagelabs and it is preventing any emails going through. This was likely caused a few months ago when a client had their mail account compromised. The problem was rectified and all other blacklists seem to have updated to be okay but messagelabs is still reporting a problem.

    We have submitted a request through the IP removal tool but the IPs have remained listed. This is causing major problems with emails silently being rejected.
     
    Can we have these looked into please?

    Can you clarify?

    Hi Michael, 

    The blacklist tool referenced is used primarily by SMG and not email security.cloud.
    Nonetheless if you submit the de-list request there it should be processed. Have you submitted a delist request ?

    Hi Michael, 
    The IP Removal tool is not related to any email security.cloud blacklist , but rather pertains to the Messaging Gateway appliance. 
    Have you tried to de-list by following the steps on the site ? Have you gotten any response ?
