Email Security Cloud Support,
I'm the Email administrator here at Great Bay Distributors, Inc.
I have a few users attempting to email the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). With emails such as email-name@flhsmv.gov.
However, our emails keep getting bounced back. We've been emailing Florida Highway for many years.
Our IP Address: 97.76.220.218
I've tested our IP Address with the following:
IP Reputation Investigation
IP 97.76.220.218 does not have any bad reputation
It comes up negative, with no bad reputation.
MXToolBox comes up with no bad reputation
Is there any way to get the emails through?
- SPF/DKIM/DMARC and rDNS are properly configured
- We never engage in email marketing
- We strictly manage server security and have never had a problem with malware.
- We have the Firewall configured to allow outgoing emails from our Barracuda Spam Filter

I can privately message you a sample of the email for your review, in "message/rfc822" format as requested . It's the original message that received the false positive rating.
