why vcsa disk is not available

When I log in to vcsa VAMI in Monitor / Disk menu it shows not available for Hard disk2  . What does that mean ? why that is not available ?

I have the same problem with VCSA tiny thin provisioned V 7.0.3.01800:
vCenter webpage is unavailable (error 500),

Hard disk 2 none Not available,

SSH with PuTTY disconnects after ca 30 sec. with message: Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection.

Any updates or solutions?
