  • 1.  VSS error on VM. id 12289.

    We have VM windows server2008R2 SP 1 which is backup is taking through vcenter.

    But we are not taking backup from server.I need to know this error due vcenter.

    Below is the error :

    Hmm do not see issues here.Try disabling the service and then check

    The service is already disabled.even though we getting this error.

    I have found the below KB article regarding the errors are caused in Virtual Machine. To resolve this we need to upgrade  the existing the esxi hosts.
