    hello, with the "VMware vSphere 8 Essentials Kit for 3 hosts (Max 2 processors per host)" license, is it possible to create a Microsoft Windows 11 VM with all the features required for installation (TMP etc.) ?

    Yes you can, the essential type license also provides for it.
    But before proceeding to "install and configure things" I suggest you read the official documentation in detail because it can concretely help you not to run into (some) very concrete problems.
