VMware vSphere

hi

i just bought VMware vSPhere essentials kit 

and i am not sure what to do, do i need to make a Vcenter server for use it? 

when i read about i can that i can install it on Windows Platform is that true ? and can it be a virtuel PC

i have two ESXI host 7

when i bought i got the understanding that i just got the licens that i could use on my ESXI host without the server?

Congratulations on the purchase. 

what you have bought is licensing for the following:

• vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) - this is for 6 CPUs (so potentially 3 servers with 2 sockets each)
• vCenter Server Essentials

You will need to install esxi on a server and then setup vCenter Server Essentials in order to centrally manage the vms you create.

I am not sure where the setup on windows stems from but I cannot find anything that correlates.

i have one ESXI Host now, so that need to setup now, is and application vcenter server on and windows machine because i do not have any free fysik hardware to install on

you can install vCenter Server as a Virtual Machine

Thanks i have done it for 10 years ago and it was the old way so i will look on the video

It is very easy, you are basically deploying a pre-configured virtual machine which contains both the operating system and the vCenter components already.
