vmware vsphere client cant download required support files

Hi All 

i have a couple of older esxi 5.1 dell servers my host laptop running the  vsphere clients failed so i have tried to reinstall the client on a new pc - installs ok but when trying to access the hosts - i get cant download the required support files from vmware vspshere .com

any one any ideas i no longer have acccess to the vmware login that had the licence keys showing

broadcom site when i reregister says not entitled when i try to download the vspshere client again

Hello was there an answer to your question? I have vsphere client 4.1 and I'm getting the same error message when I try to login into the esxi server via sphere client 4.1
