Vmware tools setup wizard ended prematurely

Hello

we have a horizon view windows 10 1809 golden image.

when we try to install vmware tools (esxi 6.5) we get the next error:

"Vmware tools setup wizard ended prematurely"

Have a look at the installation log file in the %TEMP% folder. Perhaps it gives you a clue about the failure. There should be a log at C:\ProgramData\VMware\logs

"installation success or error status: 1603"

when i try in windows 10 i get the next error:

Did you check if the VMtools user is inside the everyone group?

1. Add the user installing VMware Tools to the everyone group.

but when i try to add users to this group via command line, i get  "The specified local group does not exists"
