  • 1.  VMware tools display wrong IP address

    Hello,

    One of my VMs is displaying the IP address of NIC #2 in VMware VSphere Summary of that VM.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    The operating system of the server is Linux OpenSuse 11.2.

    I changed the names of the NIC so that they are inte the other order. I guess that is the same action as the one described in the link.

    I still see the IP address of the wrong NIC in VSphere.

    Hi,

    I switched IP addresses of the two interfaces and now at least VSPhere shows the correct information.
