Assuming you have access to the Windows 10 VM.
Mount the ISO to the VM just you would for any VM (e.g. ESXi HTML client add a virtual CD drive with the ISO or copy the ISO to the VM and mount it from within the Windows VM).
Execute from command line within the VM (for example, mounted ISO is Drive E inside VM)
E:\>setup64 /a
You would be prompted where you would extract the drivers to; but just show C: You specify a folder of your choice (e.g. C:\VMtools)
Once that’s done go to the Device Manager and update the SVGA3D driver manually.
Alternatively just uninstall VMware Tools and install 11.1.1 without going through the extraction process.
Don’t quite understand why you want that specific version of SVGA 3D driver. These days, Windows Update would also deliver updates to VMware drivers (including the SVGA 3D driver).
