    I'd to ask if VMware Standard Acceleration kit for 6 cpu can cater 6 physical Server with 1 CPU each

    Yes, I believe so as long as your servers have only one CPU.

    Each kit consists of six processor licenses for vSphere and a license for one instance of vCenter Server Standard.
