vmware remote console copy and paste file from my host pc

Hello 

im trying to copy a file from my own pc to a vm open in the remote console and its not working 

i try to reinstall the vmtools  and the option is grey out i also try to do the same from the vm to my pc desktop and i can't 

but in vmware workstation its working the remote console version is : 11.0.0 build-15201582

Hi,

Added the parameters mentioned in the KB but paste into console still won't work.

If anyone has an idea, would appreciate to hear.
