    Hello,

I have a end user that decided to take it upon himself and run this tool on his windows 7 machine, locally. Now, he is unable to connect to a wifi. I've looked in device manager and the realtek is enabled, in network adapters when you right click- enable the wireless adapter, it acts like it will enable it but doesn't.. Ran sfc /scannow, and found nothing. Unable to use system restore, comes up with an error when clicking on system protection tab. Rebooted, hard booted, uninstalled/reinstalled wifi usb adapter, no go.  What does this tool do to a windows 7 system that won't allow the wifi to work and system restore to work?

    Help please?

There are some related comments at Comments | VMware Flings which may help.

e.g. "... change all wireless related services and set them to auto start (e.g. WLAN Auto Configuration, WWAN AutoConfig, SSDP Discovery)"
