Vmware license key

Hellow, my name is fausto sbarra from SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC Madrid , i was following all the steps for download my license key to put it into the program in my desktop, but i dont see it in "MY ETITLEMENT"—---> HOME FOLDER . Is missing a permissions and i dont know how to get them.

It seems you need license privileges to access my entitlements. To gain these permissions, someone with administrator rights can assign them by navigating to "My Tools" > "Users and Permissions".

If you don't know anyone with administrator rights, the easiest solution is to create a support case with VMware. In your request, ask them to identify who can grant you these permissions. To expedite the process, ensure that your site name matches the domain in your email address. If it doesn't, consider CC'ing someone whose email domain matches the site name to assist with verification.
