VMware Capacity Planner still up?

Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone knows if VMware Capacity Planner is still functional?

I know the dashboard login page is still up (https://optimize-next.vmware.com/) and there still is a product page (https://www.vmware.com/products/capacity-planner.html).

But I tried logging in with my account, tried creating a new account and tried recovering my password but nothing seems to work (like the system is broken).

Anyone got any clues?

Currently, the web https://optimize-next.vmware.com/ shows this message: 

Capacity Planner has been retired and is no longer available.

So...

Guess they finally discontinued it in that 2 year gap
