  • 1.  vMotion between g7 and gen8 HP blade servers

    Hello,

    Has anyone tried a vMotion between a g7 (X6575 Xeon) and a Gen8 (E5-2670 Xeon) HP server ?

    I suppose that in an EVC enabled cluster it will be possible...

    I have not tried with the same models as mentioned ..... Are you facing any issues with it?

    i agree with you for this EVC enabled cluster is needed
