VM Snapshots get stuck at 0% indefinitely

hi ,

i have an issue with Vcenter  , i can't  do snapshot from it .

The snapshot works fine direclty from the ESXI but from rhe Vcenter is stuck at 0% ( i found the snapshot in ESXI ) 

have you any solution please

• Which vCenter Server and ESXi versions/builds are in use?
• Is it the same, regardless of the VMs power state (powered off or powered on)?
• Do the VM's vmware.log, or the host's hostd.log contain any details?
