It has been determined that the problem is a single virtual machine, and other virtual machines on the same physical machine are running normally.

Aloha,
If all of the VMs have the same problem, then your focus should be on the host, not a specific VM.
Do you have other hosts whose VMs haven't lost their network connections?
Is it feasible to migrate this VM to another host to see if network connectivity is restored?

We currently have a CentOS 7.8 virtual machine running on an ESXi 6.5 physical host, and the network connection has suddenly gone down. Here are the issues we're facing:
- The network for virtual machines is completely down; restarting the network service or the entire system does not resolve the issue.
- This virtual machine can ping other virtual machines that reside on the same host, but it cannot reach any virtual machines that are not on the same host but are within the same subnet.
- The virtual machine has not been migrated, and no changes have been made to its configuration.
Could you please provide assistance in diagnosing and resolving this network connectivity issue?
