VM - Ctrl Alt Delete Not working

When trying login to a VM from web console it's not even giving login screen, rebooted multiple times no luck.

Cloned the VM and tried to login / connected from Esxi host even no luck..

Please provide me your suggestions to fix this issue, Other VM's am able to connect from console.

Is the VM using vGPU?

If it is then I believe the web console will always be black. You would need to use another remote access method direct into the VM, like RDP, VNC.
