Expanding on what @a_p_ said, you have the wrong architecture Windows 11 ISO. From what you're saying, your Mac laptop is an Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac. That requires you to use a Windows 11 ARM installation ISO, not the Windows 11 x86_64 ISO that you'd use on your HP laptop.
You can download a Windows 11 ARM installation ISO by either:
Your screen shot shows VMware Workstation on a PC, not VMware Fusion. What you're seeing in this screen shot is the what happens when you try to use a Windows 11 ARM ISO to create a VM on a Intel PC. Again, it's due to a CPU architecture mis-match.

Subject: Vitual Machine Error KB-84273
Hello, I am trying to create a virtual machine to install Windows 11 ISO File, for a college task, however I have a laptop that supports the virtual machine, but when it power on shows me this message: "This virtual machine cannot be started because it requires the Arm machine architecture, which is incompatible with this X86 machine architecture host. See KB-84273."
I have searched for information about the problem but this problem is present on Mac laptops and not on HP laptops, my laptop has AMD RYZEN 5 as processor, but I can't find the solution.
Would you please help me.
