Virtual NIC for Windows 2003

I alreader converted old NT4 servers and I used the AMD Ethernet Adapter as I saw in documenation.

But for Windows 2000 and Windows 2003, which are the drivers I need to install ?

Does the Vmware Tools install do the stuff ? Or where can I found the right vmware NIC driver ?

Simply install the VMware tools (this will install the required vmxnet driver)

Could you confirm it's different from the NT4 where one have to install the NIC driver manualy ?

Yes it is different and done automatically when installing the tools.
