Virtual Disk Files that need to be converted to .ova or .ovf

Hello! 

I have Virtual disk files that I am having a hard time figuring out how to convert to .ova or .ovf in order to insert into VCenter. I have recently downloaded the VCenter Converter Standalone and I am going through different forums to attempt to understand how to do this. 

 

Any help is appreciated!!!

Do you have only vmdk file or all files for the VM, if you have all files.. can you give it a shot with the steps shared using ovftool

Ensure to backup the VM files copy
