VCSA Stage 2 :Unable to get deployment status

    Hello 

    After completing the install on VCSA Stage 2 the installation bar to complete, it seemed to log out of the browser, when I logged back into Vcenter I see a 'Unable to get deployment status' on the page and nothing else.

     

    Please advise should I do the whole install again?

    Needs moving to the vCenter Server area, reported to moderators.
