vcls cant be power on

hi i have two huawei server 2288H V5 with processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5120T CPU @ 2.20GHz . 

when i create a new cluster and add the hosts a vcls is created but it cant be powerd on and i get the error msg 

Feature 'MWAIT' was absent, but must be present. Failed to start the virtual machine. Module 'FeatureCompatLate' power on failed.

 

any solution plz

Else check hostd.log and vmware.log for that VM for more info
