vCenter service account password change issue

    Due to a security audit had to reset the password of a service account that I did not think was used with vCenter. In vCenter - administration – Single sign on – configuration – identity sources – AD is set to use machine account.

    After the password change, can see event logs with ID 4771 – ‘Kerberos pre-authentication failed’ generating in DCs and are originating from IP address of the vCenter 6.7 appliance (Vmware photon OS).

    Anyone would know where to check for the username / password in vCenter or appliance?
