    @Milos007,

I hope you've registration is completed and you've entered your SiteID (often referred to as Support ID, Enterprise Site ID, SID), in case not I would suggest you to See BCOM KB 142873 for instructions in creating your profile. If you do not know your SiteID, you can request it using self-service form, see BCOM KB 197283 for more information.

Also, In order to see the correct downloads, make sure to select the desired Broadcom VMware Division (VMware Cloud Foundation, Tanzu, Application Networking & Security or Software Defined Edge) when you first log in, which is located in the upper right hand corner next to your username.

Please note, when you go to My Downloads, you will only see downloads that you have been entitled to and if the entitlements have not been updated or loaded, then you may not see everything or anything here.

    Thank you!

    Hello Shen,

I know my SiteID and i see that i have access to the following services:

Based on this list, I would say that I have the right to download the ISO images, but in fact I don't.

    BR,

    Milos

    Hi,

We are experiencing the same. I have opened a support case for this.

First I tried to use the chat, which didn't work, so I ended up calling the support number. Got some Indian lady on the line who walked me through the entitlements, we checked all the Site ID's, licenses, everything ok. But the button is still greyed out and the message "Not Entitled" is shown.

If you just need to install updates and not upgrade from an older version of vsphere, then you will have more luck here:

    https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/solutionfiles?displayGroup=VMware%20vSphere%20-%20Standard&os=&release=8.0&solution=VMware%20vSphere%20-%20Standard&subfamily=VMware%20vSphere

The download button in the solution files work. Not sure if this will allow an upgrade from vsphere 7 though.

Well nothing has changed as of 7/10/2024. I have the exact same thing but only for the vCenter appliance files - any version. I've been able to download everything else, including the Horizon stuff.

This sucks. My ticket said - we don't have access to your license information - we can't help you.

So you call or try the virtual agents and that goes nowhere. I tried calling three times. My 8 digit case ID is really nine digits. And it can't find my site ID. I knew Broadcom wasn't a wise move for VM.

    Sigh :-(

BTW @Steven Overloop that link you provided worked. Thanks.

We had (or have) this issue too and logged a support call on Monday. Still awaiting a reply.

However, we may have found a weird workaround. If you also have entitlements to VSphere (which I assume you do if you own VCenter of course) then try navigating to the edition of VSphere you have access to (in our case it was Enterprise Plus) and see if you can get to the "VCenter" downloads via that set of links? For some reason we were good to download from there but not via the original "VCenter" links from the top if that makes sense?

That didn't work for me. I went from the entitlements link to vSphere (standard in my case) and it didn't work. I tried downloads, I tried other version of vSphere - oddly enterprise plus is showing entitled...

That link Steve sent it the only way I can download it and from what I can see others are having this issue as well. I'm sure there is more than just us few. I got answers back from my support ticket - we can't do that, we can't see your licenses

So, who in the world are you going to ask? Ugh.

I too am in the same boat, thanks so much for that link. it seems it's the only way I can access my software.
