VCenter ISO image

Hello team,

I dont't have permission to downolad iso image for VCSA 8.0 U2c. It's writes "Not Entitled". How can resolve this?

Also, are there custom iso images for dell, cisco and fujitsu servers? I just see sustom image for Hitachi Vanatara i HPE srevers.

Same.

Don't know if they haven't finished migrating the entitlements (wich should be finished by now) or if something went wrong. Not able to open calls, if I had to.

Not a very good start...

Yes everytime I try to open a case it keeps looping the auth process...

A bit relieved not to be the only one though.

Worked for me:

• Right click your name
• Select My Profile
• Click the Build Your Profile button 
• Click Yes, I want to build my profile
• Click Submit
• Your Site ID should be listed on the next page
• Note your site ID
• Click on your name again
• Request Access
• Request access with this site ID
• I also requested User and Product Administrator but don't know if thats necessary for license/product/support access

Same issue here.  I have already built my profile as well, but my Site ID never came up - so I'm thinking I need to figure out who to talk to about getting that straight.

Hi, I'm also still waiting for the request still "pending" from yesterday and I don't have access to Vmware products even though I can't open a case :(

Hi Milos007,

This could be happening for a number of different reasons... First, check to make sure you have a Site ID attached to your account along with entitlements. If you do have this, then there's a chance your licenses haven't been upgraded to 8 from 7. If you haven't upgraded your keys (licenses) to 8, then you'll only be able to download version 7 of vCenter (because that's what's technically entitled).

Hi Same for me......

I have got to the stage of requesting access and this remains at Pending.
So, I have built my profile - obtained a Site ID & Requested Access - Pending now since 18 May 2024 ( Today is 24.05.2024).

Unable to raise a case, it just returns with:
    Error: We could not process your request, please try later.
I have tried later to the same affect :-(

Unable to download vCenter.
Very frustrating and at the moment I see no resolution.
Open to suggestions :-)

Still no site ID.  Can't access any of the software we always had ability to download patches and update ISO's for.  All I have is No Data Found.

Hi, I called Brodacom, the site ID was incorrect, tech support corrected it and now I can see my license, but not all of it, but now I can open case.
