My issue is resolved. I called in to support again and this time they were able to provide me with the Site ID I was missing, get it registered and my Entitlements / Downloads working again. Bear in mind, this is an account without a current support contract. I got dismissed yesterday when I called in trying to do the same thing, got someone else and where I needed to go.

I am trying to download 7.0.3UL. If you could hook me up with a link that isn't entitlement based I'd be very grateful. I'm trying to restore a vCenter instance using the installation / backup export method.

It sounds like you downloaded the wrong option. Which version of vCenter are you trying to download, and I will try and provide the link and name of the file.

Thank you Wahyu, I have downloaded the vCentre Server ISO, but this doesn't contain the installer.
All it has the rpm files to update the existing vCenter Server appliance.
Whereas I am looking for the vCenter Server Appliance installer.

Hi,
I am unable to find the download option for vCenter Server Appliance, Whereas we have an active subscription for the vCenter and vSphere products.
for this I have opened a case and its more than eight days, I haven't heard from Broadcom support.
I have tried to select the "My Entitlement" and under this I found the only "OpenStack is there instead of vCenter".
My Entitlement -> Site-Name (displays the VMware vCnenter Server), when I clik on the downloads option.
The page directs me to the "VMware Teclo Cloud infrastrucuture - OpenStack Edition"
My Downloads- I also, doesn't find VMware vCenter in "My Downlaods".
