    Ibrahim,

Check the log files (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs) for hints on this.

Also take a look at the Windows event logs.

    When does the service stop?

At startup of the Virtual Center Server or during normal operation?

The service is stoping once in a day and also in the normal operation.

Please append the VMware logs to this thread.

Also - as already mentioned - take a look at the Windows event log.

Do you have any FW or AV software running on the vCenter Server system? If yes please also check their logs.

Did you make any configuration changes before this started happening? I have seen service stopping issues after someone increased the level of statistics under the virtual center setings. Also as the other poster said the logs should have some great information that may shed some light on the issue.
