hi i have an ESXI server version 7, we have multiple users deploying New VMs on the server and would like to track who has added which VM so that they can be contacted before that VM is deleted, is it possible to determine the user that deploys each VM.

To track the user who deployed a virtual machine on ESXi, you may login to vCenter and select the Virtual machine in question.

Navigate to Monitor > Events and look for a event saying 'Creating VM on host xxxxxx' against which you could see the user who performed this activity. Hope this helps.

ive not used vCenter before but ill look into it
